  • 225 g (1 cup) coconut oil
  • splash of cold water 
  • pinch of salt
  • 1,5 kg (3 lbs) apples
  • 200 g raisins
  • 100 g sugar
  • cin­na­mon

instruc­tions
  1. com­bine the flour, salt and the coconut oil. It will get soft while work­ing the dough with your hands. Add the cold water a table­spoon at a time, until it clumps togeth­er (±4 tbsp.) 
  2. divide the dough in half and refridger­ate for half an hour
  3. pre­heat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
  4. core the apples and slice them peel­ing is optional
  5. mix the slices with
