apple pie

ingredients
- 375 g (2½ cups) flour
- 225 g (1 cup) coconut oil
- splash of cold water
- pinch of salt
- 1,5 kg (3 lbs) apples
- 200 g raisins
- 100 g sugar
- cinnamon

instructions
- combine the flour, salt and the coconut oil. It will get soft while working the dough with your hands. Add the cold water a tablespoon at a time, until it clumps together (±4 tbsp.)
- divide the dough in half and refridgerate for half an hour
- preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
- core the apples and slice them — peeling is optional
